Come and see us
One form for both our services. If you are not sure which one you need, that is fine, there is an option for that too.
Three ways to visit
A standard tour
Weekdays during the busy part of the morning, so you see the centre as it genuinely is. Around 30 minutes.
Draft: tour days, times and duration to be confirmed.
A quiet tour
Outside our busiest times, at a slower pace, with fewer people around. Ask for one directly. You do not need to explain why.
Draft: to be confirmed that quiet tours are operationally possible, and at what times.
A phone call first
Some families would rather talk before visiting, particularly if there is a lot to explain. Tick the box in the form and we will call you.
Tell us about your family
This form stays on our site and comes straight to us. Only the first four fields are required.
The current site pushes families off to an unbranded third party waitlist form at the moment of highest intent, after an empty page whose only content is "click the button below". This form replaces that path and stays on the Mini Bambini site. To be confirmed whether the existing waitlist system must remain the backend, in which case it should be embedded here rather than linked away to.
What happens after you send this
We read it properly
Including anything you told us about additional support, so you are not starting from scratch when we speak.
We contact you
By your preferred method. Draft: response timeframe to be confirmed, for example within two business days.
You visit, or we call
A standard tour, a quiet tour, or a phone call first. Whichever you chose.
We talk about a place
Draft: what happens next needs confirming. Waitlist, offer, enrolment paperwork, orientation visits and settling in.
Fees
Needed before this page can go live
The current fee page publishes no daily rate at all, and says fee information is shared during enquiry or tour conversations. Families comparing three or four centres in an afternoon will usually skip a centre that will not say a number.
- Daily fee for each long day care room.
- Daily fee for the Criss Cross Program.
- What the fee includes: meals, nappies, sunscreen, hats, incursions and excursions.
- How Child Care Subsidy and ACCS apply. This content exists on the current site and can be carried across.
- NDIS funding, which is not mentioned anywhere on the current site.
Known and confirmed from the current site: a $150 registration fee and a $150 bond.
Would you rather just call?
That is completely fine. We are open 7am to 6pm on weekdays.
