Our four rooms
4 to 18 months
Baby Tots
We follow your baby's routine from home. This room is about love and nurturing while your little one learns to sit, crawl and walk.
18 months to 2.5 years
Toddler Ones
Exploration, discovery and creativity. The first steps of finding independence, and learning how to talk, create and imagine.
2.5 to 3.5 years
Toddler Twos
Problem solving, risk taking, language and social connection, with more room to test ideas out on each other.
3.5 to 5 years
Kindy Kids
School readiness, so your child arrives at big school with the skills to take it on.
How we teach
Play based, with intent
Children learn through play, guided by educators who plan deliberately around where each child is heading next.
The environment as a third teacher
Alongside parents and educators, the physical space shapes how a child learns. Our rooms are set up with that in mind.
Parents as partners
We treat parental involvement as the cornerstone of your child's education, and we will tell you how the day actually went.
The current site does not name the Early Years Learning Framework, describe how documentation and observations are shared with families, or say what the school readiness program covers. Mini Bambini to confirm so this section can carry real detail.
A day in the rooms
- Doors open, breakfast served until 8am.
- Morning tea.
- Lunch.
- Afternoon tea.
- Doors close.
We close on all public holidays.
Meal times above are the centre's real published times. Rest periods, outdoor play, group time and room specific routines are not published anywhere and need to be supplied. The number of days per week the centre operates is also not stated on the current site.
What is included
The current site does not publish daily fees, and does not clearly state what the fee includes. Needed: daily rate per room, and whether meals, nappies, sunscreen, hats, incursions and excursions are included. Publishing a real number, even as a range, removes the single biggest reason families stop reading a childcare site.
Child Care Subsidy and ACCS information does exist on the current site and can be carried across once the fee figures are confirmed.
If your child needs more support
Some children need more than a mainstream room can give them, and that does not mean going somewhere else. The Mini Bambini Early Intervention Centre runs from this same site, for children aged 2 to 5, with on site therapy facilities and time alongside peers in the mainstream rooms.
If you are not sure which is right for your child, say so when you enquire. That is a normal thing to not know, and we would rather talk it through than have you guess.
